Pastoral Care

Members of the congregation show caring and love to one another through various means both spiritual and practical -- meals to the sick, rides to the hospital, help in the garden, phone calls, visits, food, cards for the sick and home bound and through the Prayer Wheel for the sick and troubled and prayer vigils for the seriously ill.

Some members minister through their participation as lay volunteers as greeting, servers, Guild members, readers and homilists.  Some extend this ministering to others in the community through their involvement in community service organizations or through special tokens of ministry such as caroling at Christmas to shut-ins.

Financial assistance may be provided to others to participate in activities such as retreats through donations of the cost involved
